VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers - Lancaster

It is unusual when the place with the best diamond values in town is also the place with all the top designer lines. Yet that is exactly what you find at VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers in Lancaster Pennsylvania. The jewelry store was created to appeal to all jewelry lovers, whether you are looking to take advantage of direct diamond importing or browse the latest in high-end fashion jewelry.
The concept became a reality in May of 2004 when Van Scoy Diamond Mine merged with Bash Jewelers. Together, the two locally-owned and operated businesses have been providing the Susquehanna Valley with quality diamonds and fine jewelry for more than 55 years.
As diamond retailers, we are able to offer better diamonds for less money thanks to our 25+ year relationship with the Fischler Diamond Company in Antwerp, Belgium. This relationship enables us to buy direct from their manufacturing and trading base, keeping the chain of distribution to a minimum so we can offer the best combination of price and quality within driving distance.

Additionally, Bill Bash has longstanding relationships with the biggest designers in the world, including David Yurman, John Hardy, Hidalgo, Roberto Coin and countless others.

But we consider ourselves to be more than just one of the many jewelry stores in PA. President Mark Maurer has been involved with the Camelot House for Children since its inception.  He actively helps in fundraising for the American Heart Association, the Lancaster Daycare Center and was the Head Golf Coach at West Chester University for twelve years.

Meanwhile, CEO Bill Bash’s involvement in various causes over the last 40 years has him recognized as a pillar of the community. He is a past Chairman of the Lancaster General Hospital Board of Directors and is a past Chairman of the Board of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce.
The store is located just outside the Park City Mall, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and features a 2,000 square-foot showroom decorated with custom-designed cherry showcases, a polished slate wall with tinted mirror accents, an engagement ring gallery, a David Yurman gallery; a window into the workshop, a private diamond showing room and a coffee, wine and refreshments bar.
