Jewelry and Diamond Guarantee

VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers guarantees your jewelry purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship, including loss of side diamonds or gemstones, for as long as you own the piece.  This guarantee does not cover the center diamond or normal wear and tear, as you love your jewelry over the years!  We will provide insurance information to cover the loss or damage of your center diamond. 

In order to properly guarantee your jewelry purchase we ask that you stop in to our store at least every six months to have one of our jewelry professionals clean and inspect your jewelry.  This is to ensure that the diamonds and gemstones are not loose and in danger of being lost.  And, if a repair is necessary, we ask that VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers perform all recommended repairs.  All work completed by VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers is guaranteed.  

When the time comes for you to buy an engagement ring at VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers, we guarantee that any diamond in our store, unless otherwise specified, is a natural diamond, mined from the earth, and has not been artificially enhanced or altered.  And our diamonds come from respected members of the diamond community, who comply with the “Best Practice Principles” established in the Kimberly Process.

Diamond Trade Policy
Diamond solitaires, diamond solitaire pendants, and/or diamond stud earrings that were purchased at VanScoy, Maurer & Bash Diamond Jewelers, will be taken in trade, at the original purchase price, toward the purchase of a larger diamond.  The new purchase must double the original purchase amount.
